The research proposes data governance systems that safeguard liberty, equality, and dignity in order to address ethical AI. It underscores the significance of policies that prioritize human rights and strike a balance between technical advancements, social justice, and democracy. There is also an examination of governance, legal, and regulatory systems. The research contends that in order to establish trust, preserve accountability, and maintain digital transformation, effective AI governance necessitates robust legislative safeguards and international collaboration.
